Cost

Customers can choose between three different pricing options. The Basic Plan comes with an in-home alert system that costs $26.99 per month. You can upgrade to the Plus Plan for $32.99 per month which offers an extended range of 600 feet on devices and doesn’t require a landline connection. The On-The-Go Emergency Response System costs $36.99 per month and provides an in-home and mobile personal alert system with GPS location possibilities. Pendant and wristband options are available for all three plans while Fall Detection pendants are available for the Plus and On-The-Go at an extra cost. There are no equipment fees for any of the plans.

Equipment

ADT Medical Alert sells a variety of equipment for both in-home and mobile alert systems. For the home, you have the option of either a device that connects to the landline or one that has a cellular connection. The basic landline connection only has a 300 ft. range, but the Plus device offers slightly more at 600 ft. The On-the-Go mobile connection device with GPS allows for emergency alerts for inside and outside the house.

ADT also offers high-tech fall detection with the Plus and On-the-Go devices. Their in-home devices also come with an impressive service that can detect unusually high or low temperatures that may indicate a medical emergency. Plans include the option of a water-resistant wristband or waterproof pendant with the option to add more accessories. ADT offers free replacements whenever the equipment's battery runs on low or dead.
